Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve high levels of accuracy and efficiency in completing forms and maintaining records.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Ensure all customer data is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in data entry and customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate and informative support to customers.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including filing, scanning, and emailing documents.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in administration, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude.
