Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business objectives
• Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms
• Manage social media campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and metrics analysis
• Collaborate with our content creation team to produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and infographics
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and conversions, to optimize our online presence and improve campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our social media strategies
• Collaborate with our influencer marketing team to identify and partner with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience
• Develop and manage social media budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimal Return on Investment (ROI)
• Identify and mitigate potential social media risks, including reputation management and crisis communications
• Provide regular social media reports, including metrics analysis and recommendations for improvement
• Stay aligned with our brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all social media platforms
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new social media ideas and initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in creating and implementing effective social media strategies
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Exceptional content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production
• Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer
• Experience with social media analytics tools, including Google Analytics and social media insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media ideas and initiatives
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with paid social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics, including engagement rates, reach, and conversions
• Certification in social media marketing, such as Hootsuite Social Media Marketing or Facebook Blueprint
