In this role, you will work closely with our social media team to develop and implement content moderation strategies, review and manage user-generated content, and provide feedback to our clients on their social media performance. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns, create engaging content, and analyze campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content moderation strategies and policies
  • Provide feedback to clients on their social media performance and suggest improvements
  • Analyze campaign results and identify trends and patterns in user engagement
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to engage with users and promote our clients' brands
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
  • Monitor and respond to user inquiries and comments on social media platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns
  • Conduct competitor research and analyze their social media strategies and performance
  • Develop and maintain reports on social media performance and campaign results
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and concepts for social media campaigns

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging content
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign results and identify trends and patterns
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
  • Experience with content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar software
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review and manage large volumes of user-generated content
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, or similar platforms
  • Certification in social media marketing or a related field is an asset
