Key Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in Adobe Photoshop to enhance, retouch, and manipulated images to meet client requirements and brand standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and branding across all projects.
• Work on a variety of image types, including product, portrait, and landscape photography, to achieve high-quality results.
• Apply knowledge of color correction, noise reduction, and sharpening techniques to optimize image quality.
• Retouch images to remove imperfections, blemishes, and unwanted objects, ensuring a natural and flawless finish.
• Use masking and selection techniques to isolate and manipulate specific areas of images.
• Apply texturing, patterning, and other effects to enhance image depth and visual interest.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, revisions, and client feedback.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve the visual appeal and impact of our designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and style sheets to ensure consistency across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all final images meet our high standards of quality and are free of errors.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and assistants to support their growth and development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with in-depth knowledge of its features, tools, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail, with ability to identify and correct imperfections in images.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions.
• Good understanding of file formats, resolution, and color modes, with ability to optimize images for various uses.
• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Illustrator and InDesign, is an asset.
• Experience with project management tools and collaborative software, such as Asana and Slack, is desirable.
• Certification in graphic design or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
• Portfolio that showcases your expertise in photo retouching and manipulation, with examples of your work in various styles and genres.
