In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in photo editing, working with a wide range of clients and projects. Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch photographs to enhance quality, consistency, and visual appeal
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and copywriters to ensure that all visual elements align with the client's brand and messaging
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's brand and visual identity
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure that all deadlines are met and that the project is delivered on time and within budget
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual elements
• Provide input and feedback on visual elements, contributing to the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns
• Ensure that all visual elements meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand compliance
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new ideas and concepts for visual elements
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative solutions
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's goals, objectives, and target audience
• Ensure that all visual elements are optimized for web and print, and that they meet the required technical specifications
• Maintain accurate records of all edits, revisions, and approvals, and ensure that all files are properly organized and stored
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all visual elements meet the highest standards of quality and consistency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo editing, preferably in a commercial or editorial environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software
• Strong understanding of color management, color correction, and retouching techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, art directors, and copywriters
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all visual elements meet the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of brand compliance, and the ability to ensure that all visual elements align with the client's brand and messaging
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
