About the role
LumenWorks is building a robust data pipeline to feed analytics dashboards for operations teams. We need a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and automate the end‑to‑end flow from raw logs to actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and provision scalable AWS resources for data ingestion and processing
- Containerize ETL components with Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes
- Implement CI/CD pipelines that deploy code, configs, and infrastructure as code
- Monitor pipeline health, set alerts, and optimize performance
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure reliable data delivery
Must-have skills
- Strong experience with AWS services (ECS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch)
- Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes for production workloads
- Hands‑on CI/CD implementation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation
- Understanding of data pipeline concepts and monitoring
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of streaming platforms such as Kafka or Kinesis
- Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana)
