In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from financial modeling and forecasting to data analysis and visualization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models, analyzing large datasets, and presenting findings to senior management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven strategies to drive business growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Provide financial guidance and support to business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage and analyze large datasets, including financial data, customer data, and market data
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks, investors, and auditors
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, including new technologies and methodologies
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement financial systems and software

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software, including Excel, Financial Modeling, and Data Visualization tools
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to take ownership of projects and tasks
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately analyze and interpret complex financial data
• Certifications, such as CFA or CPA, are highly desirable but not required
