Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and drive growth
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management on financial performance, trends, and areas for improvement
• Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure effective resource allocation
• Identify areas for cost savings and implement cost reduction strategies to improve profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and auditors
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and legislation, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and implement financial forecasting and planning tools to support business decisions
• Provide training and support to junior staff members to develop their financial analysis and planning skills
• Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve financial performance
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with IT department to develop and implement financial systems and tools to improve financial reporting and analysis
• Develop and implement financial risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and threats

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis and planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel, Financial Modeling, and Budgeting tools
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance, including knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in financial planning and analysis, such as CFA or CFP, is an asset
