Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently complete forms, ensuring all required information is captured and recorded correctly
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing personalized support and resolving issues promptly

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using customer relationship management systems and other software applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Certification in customer service or a related field is an asset
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of data entry procedures and protocols, with experience using databases and spreadsheets
