About the role

NovaForge Tech is overhauling the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a focused Frontend React Developer to rebuild key UI layers, improve load times, and ensure stable interactions across browsers.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing React codebase for performance bottlenecks and memory leaks
• Refactor components using hooks, memoization, and lazy loading
• Implement TypeScript throughout the frontend for stronger type safety
• Optimize assets, CSS, and rendering pipelines to meet latency targets
• Collaborate with backend engineers to align API contracts and error handling

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React (hooks, context, suspense)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Demonstrated ability to improve page speed and reduce bundle size
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI pipelines

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing tools (Lighthouse, WebPageTest)
• Knowledge of server‑side rendering or Next.js
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
