About the role
Northbay Systems is extending its B2B SaaS platform with multi‑tenant capabilities. We need a versatile full stack web developer to deliver tenant isolation, shared services, and UI tweaks that keep existing customers happy while onboarding new ones.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement multi‑tenant data models in MongoDB
- Build responsive React components for tenant‑specific dashboards
- Create secure NodeJS APIs that enforce tenant boundaries
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability across tenants
- Collaborate with product and QA to refine acceptance criteria
Must-have skills
- Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency in NodeJS backend development
- Hands‑on knowledge of MongoDB schema design for multi‑tenant apps
- Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns in SaaS
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Docker containers
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of serverless functions for scaling
