Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with editors and project managers to review and revise translations, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality.
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality translations on time, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of language trends, terminology, and best practices in the industry.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure that translations meet the required standards.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other translators, editors, and project managers to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of style guides, glossaries, and other language resources.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new translators and editors.
- Participate in special projects, such as translating audio and video content, or creating subtitles and captions.
- Perform other duties as required, including administrative tasks and project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in translation, preferably in a professional setting.
- Fluency in one or more languages, including English.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with translation software, tools, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
