About the role

BlueSky Ventures is expanding its cloud infrastructure and needs a seasoned Cloud Security Architect to design and implement robust security controls across multi‑cloud environments. You will lead the security architecture for a critical migration project, ensuring compliance and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security architecture standards for AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design zero‑trust network segmentation and identity governance.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for cloud workloads.
• Integrate security automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance on encryption, key management, and secure data storage.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in cloud security frameworks (CSA, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Extensive experience with AWS security services and architecture.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing IAM policies and role‑based access controls.
• Strong background in security automation and scripting.
• Hands‑on experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CCSP or AWS Security Specialty.
• Experience with DevSecOps toolchains (Terraform, Snyk, Aqua).
