Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality logos for our clients, ensuring they are unique, memorable, and meet their branding requirements.
• Conceptualize logo ideas based on client briefs and present them to the design team for feedback.
• Refine logo designs based on client feedback, ensuring that the final product meets their expectations.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency in design quality and style across all projects.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the required standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide design updates, and ensure that their expectations are met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design services.
• Contribute to the development of our design team by sharing knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Participate in design meetings and workshops to discuss projects, share ideas, and learn from other team members.
• Maintain a high level of organization and time management to meet project deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Ensure that all design files are properly labeled, stored, and backed up to prevent data loss.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that our design services are effectively promoted and sold to clients.
• Provide training and support to junior designers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of our company's design style guide to ensure consistency across all design materials.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of logo design work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them to logo design.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and apply knowledge and skills to improve our design services.

• Certification in graphic design or a related field (optional but desirable).
