About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching a greenfield SaaS product and needs a .NET Core Developer to shape the backend architecture from scratch. You will work with a remote‑first team, delivering clean, scalable services that power the core platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement micro‑service APIs using .NET Core
• Integrate Azure services for storage, messaging, and monitoring
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with product and UI teams to define endpoints
• Optimize performance and cost in a cloud environment

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with .NET Core and C#
• Hands‑on Azure deployment and services (App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB)
• Understanding of RESTful API design and security best practices

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of event‑driven architectures
