About the role

Orbit Labs is expanding its B2B SaaS suite with a new multi‑tenant capability. We need a PHP Developer to design, implement, and test tenant isolation, billing hooks, and configuration dashboards. The work will integrate tightly with existing services while maintaining performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and code multi‑tenant modules in PHP using Laravel
• Design database schemas and queries in MySQL to support tenant segregation
• Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests for new features
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to define acceptance criteria
• Document code, APIs, and deployment steps for future maintainers

Must-have skills

• Strong PHP experience with Laravel framework
• Proficient in MySQL schema design and query optimization
• Understanding of multi‑tenant architecture patterns
• Version control with Git and CI/CD basics

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or container orchestration
• Familiarity with Redis or other caching layers
• Knowledge of automated testing tools like PHPUnit
