About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a PHP Developer who can design, code, and test connectors that ensure data flows reliably across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop RESTful endpoints in PHP/Laravel to sync billing data with the CRM.
• Create middleware services for internal API communication.
• Write efficient MySQL queries and manage schema changes.
• Implement error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to validate integration scenarios.

Must-have skills

• Strong PHP experience (3+ years) with Laravel framework.
• Proficient in MySQL database design and optimization.
• Understanding of API authentication (OAuth, API keys) and JSON payloads.
• Ability to write clean, testable code and unit tests.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Chargebee).
• Experience integrating popular CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD pipelines.
