Key Responsibilities

  • Enter survey data into our database management system with high accuracy and efficiency, meeting daily productivity targets and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with research analysts and project managers to ensure seamless data flow and resolve any data-related issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data management software and systems, staying up-to-date with any updates or changes and applying this knowledge to improve data entry processes.
  • Participate in quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements as needed.
  • Work closely with the data management team to implement process improvements and optimize data entry workflows, leveraging technology and best practices to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that data entry projects are completed on time and to the required standard, providing regular progress updates and notifications of any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion, adhering to our company's data protection policies and procedures at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and customer service, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our processes and services.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and guides for new team members, sharing expertise and experience to help build a high-performing team.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and project planning, providing input and ideas to help drive business growth and success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and address any data quality issues, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data management software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing requirements and circumstances.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion, adhering to our company's data protection policies and procedures at all times.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications quickly.
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist) preferred but not required.
