Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality voice overs for a wide range of audio productions, including educational audiobooks, corporate videos, and e-learning materials
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard and on time
• Collaborate with the production team to develop and refine scripts, and to ensure that all voice overs meet the required standards
• Record and edit voice overs using professional recording equipment and software
• Ensure that all voice overs are of the highest quality, and meet the required standards for tone, pace, and clarity
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's brand and style, and ensure that all voice overs align with these guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of voice overs
• Work effectively in a team environment, and collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality voice overs on time, and be flexible and adaptable in response to changing project requirements
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of voice over recordings, and ensure that all recordings are properly labeled and stored
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving the quality and effectiveness of voice overs, and be open to feedback and suggestions from others
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of voice overs

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in voice over work, with a proven track record of providing high-quality voice overs for a wide range of audio productions
• Strong understanding of the principles of voice over work, including tone, pace, and clarity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in recording and editing software, such as Audacity or Adobe Audition
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all voice overs meet the required standards for quality and accuracy
• Ability to work flexibly and adaptably in response to changing project requirements, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Strong understanding of the company's brand and style, with the ability to ensure that all voice overs align with these guidelines
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving the quality and effectiveness of voice overs
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
