About the role

DataPro Services is preparing a mobile‑backend sync for an upcoming app store launch. We need a REST API Developer to bridge our mobile front‑end with backend services, ensuring smooth data flow and low latency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust RESTful endpoints using NodeJS
• Integrate PostgreSQL schemas and write efficient queries
• Collaborate with mobile engineers to align API contracts
• Write unit and integration tests for API reliability
• Document API specs and versioning strategy

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building production REST APIs
• Strong NodeJS and JavaScript proficiency
• Hands‑on PostgreSQL knowledge
• Understanding of authentication (OAuth/JWT)
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mobile backend patterns
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Docker containers
