About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching a rapid CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need an AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and fine‑tune automated pipelines that integrate code, test, and deployment stages across our cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate them on ECS or EKS.
• Implement IaC with CloudFormation or Terraform for reproducible environments.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure pipeline health.
• Collaborate with developers to embed security and compliance checks.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).
• Proficiency in Docker containerization.
• Solid DevOps practices and automation scripting.
• Linux system administration expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless frameworks.
• Knowledge of GitOps principles.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Prometheus.
