Senior Cybersecurity Engineer Needed for Enterprise IAM Hardening

About the role

Harbor Softworks is scaling its flagship B2B platform with a new multi‑tenant analytics layer called "Nimbus Guard". We need a senior Cybersecurity Engineer to embed security controls directly into the feature delivery pipeline, ensuring tenant isolation and compliance from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SOC monitoring dashboards in Splunk for the Nimbus Guard tenant environment.
• Integrate AWS GuardDuty, Security Hub, and custom Lambda alerts into the CI/CD workflow.
• Conduct real‑time threat hunting across tenant logs and produce weekly incident reports.
• Automate forensic data collection using Python scripts and Elastic Stack for rapid post‑incident analysis.
• Collaborate with the product team to embed role‑based access controls (RBAC) into the multi‑tenant API gateway.
• Validate security baselines on new tenant instances using Ansible and CIS benchmarks.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with SOC operations, SIEM tuning, and incident response.
• Proficiency in AWS security services (IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub).
• Strong scripting skills in Python for automation and log parsing.
• Hands‑on Linux hardening and network traffic analysis.
• Familiarity with multi‑tenant architecture security patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with container security tools such as Falco or Aqua.
• Certifications like CISSP or AWS Security Specialty.
