About the role

CoreData Systems seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to embed security throughout the CI/CD pipeline for a high‑profile cloud migration project. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to automate security controls and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Integrate automated vulnerability scanning and static code analysis into pipelines.
• Configure and manage container security policies for Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS) for misconfigurations and enforce hardening standards.
• Provide guidance on secret management and access control mechanisms.
• Document security architectures and create runbooks for incident response.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years experience in DevOps and security engineering.
• Strong expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD platforms.
• Hands‑on experience securing AWS workloads.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation.
• Deep understanding of vulnerability management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
