Senior Docker Kubernetes Specialist – Infrastructure Setup Program

About the role

BrightMart Solutions is launching a greenfield SaaS product with a fully remote team. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, implement, and hand‑off the container orchestration platform that will power the service from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a scalable Kubernetes cluster on a cloud provider of choice
• Set up CI/CD pipelines that build, test, and deploy Docker images automatically
• Define Helm charts and GitOps workflows for consistent releases
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for cluster health
• Collaborate with developers to containerize microservices and resolve runtime issues

Must-have skills

• Hands‑on experience deploying Docker containers in production
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes concepts, networking, and security
• Proficiency with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux
• Strong scripting ability (Bash, Python or similar)

Nice to have

• Experience with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd)
• Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC solutions
• Background in SaaS or multi‑tenant architectures
