About the role

LumenWorks is preparing a major app store launch and needs a MongoDB Specialist to align mobile and backend data flows. You will ensure the database schema supports real‑time sync, offline caching, and rapid query performance for the upcoming release.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize MongoDB collections for mobile‑first access patterns
• Implement data validation and indexing strategies to reduce latency
• Collaborate with React Native and NodeJS teams to define API contracts
• Set up monitoring, backup, and disaster‑recovery procedures
• Provide guidance on schema migrations during the rollout phase

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with MongoDB schema design and aggregation pipelines
• Proficiency in NodeJS backend development
• Understanding of mobile data synchronization challenges
• Strong debugging and performance tuning abilities

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React Native data handling
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
