About the role

NovaForge Tech is launching a rapid CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate React Native releases. We need a focused developer who can embed automated pipelines, streamline testing, and ensure fast, reliable deployments across Android and iOS.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD workflows for React Native builds using GitHub Actions or similar tools
• Automate code signing, versioning, and OTA updates for both Android and iOS
• Integrate unit, integration, and UI tests into the pipeline
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to define release criteria
• Document pipeline architecture and provide knowledge transfer

Must-have skills

• Strong React Native development experience
• Proficiency with JavaScript and mobile build tools
• Hands‑on experience configuring CI/CD for Android and iOS
• Familiarity with Fastlane, Bitrise, or similar automation platforms

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker containers for build isolation
• Knowledge of code‑push services like Microsoft App Center
• Background in performance monitoring and crash analytics
