Senior Terraform Engineer Needed for GitOps Rollout

About the role

Cascade Apps is modernizing its release pipeline to cut regression risk. We need a Terraform Engineer to design and implement infrastructure-as-code that powers automated test environments and supports continuous delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Write reusable Terraform modules for AWS test sandboxes
• Integrate Terraform with CI/CD tools to spin up/tear down environments on demand
• Collaborate with QA to embed automated test suites into the pipeline
• Implement state management, versioning, and security best practices
• Document infrastructure patterns and handover procedures

Must-have skills

• Advanced Terraform expertise on AWS
• Strong DevOps mindset with CI/CD pipeline experience
• Hands‑on AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda)
• Proven ability to automate test environment provisioning

Nice to have

• Experience with Terragrunt or Terraform Cloud
• Familiarity with container orchestration (ECS/EKS)
• Background in performance testing frameworks
