About the role

TechFlow Inc is launching a focused sprint to accelerate releases through CI/CD and platform automation. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and refine pipelines that enable rapid, reliable deployments across our cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows using GitOps principles
• Containerize build and test stages with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes
• Integrate automated security scans, unit/integration testing, and performance checks
• Collaborate with developers to embed pipeline feedback loops
• Document pipeline configurations and handover procedures for ongoing ops

Must-have skills

• Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines on AWS
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Shell, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of Git workflows and version control best practices

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
• Background in implementing blue‑green or canary deployments
