Key Responsibilities
- Copy and paste content into our database management system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work closely with our team of content creators and administrators to ensure that all content meets our high standards of quality.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all content is error-free and accurate.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our database management system and content management tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our team of content creators and administrators to develop and implement new content management processes and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge in areas such as data entry, content administration, and customer service.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our database management system and content management tools.
- Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track content management performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a content administration or data entry role, preferably in a digital content management environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
