Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance images for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, social media, and website content
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure that all visual elements meet our high standards of quality and consistency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in image editing, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the curve
• Use Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software to edit and manipulate images
• Apply creative and technical skills to enhance and optimize images for various digital platforms
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement visual design concepts and ideas
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to the development of our brand's visual identity and style guide
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on image editing and visual design projects
• Maintain organized files and assets, and ensure that all images are properly labeled and stored
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and assist with training and onboarding
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in image editing and visual design, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and composition
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and project managers
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Experience with graphic design and visual design principles is an asset
• Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS is an asset
• Ability to work in a Mac-based environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office
