Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and our own website.
• Ensure that all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across all platforms.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that product information is accurate and consistent.
• Research and resolve any product listing issues or discrepancies.
• Utilize data entry skills to enter product information into our database.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.
• Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless project execution.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, data entry, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data entry software and e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon and eBay.
