Key Responsibilities
- Complete forms accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as required.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize software applications, including Microsoft Office, to complete tasks and achieve goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the team, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in database management software, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software an asset.
- Certification in data entry or a related field an asset.
