In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including data entry, data analysis, and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy, and make corrections as necessary
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support business decisions
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support business operations
- Develop and maintain databases to support data entry and analysis
- Ensure data security and confidentiality by following established protocols and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and analysis
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
- Work closely with the team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of data entry and analysis activities
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Support the development of new processes and procedures to improve data entry and analysis
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in a business consulting or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with data entry software, such as Microsoft Access or SQL
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
