About the role

TechFlow Inc is modernizing its customer‑facing services to boost performance and reliability. As a Full Stack Developer you will lead the redesign of the "PulseStream" module, a critical data‑flow component that handles real‑time user interactions. The project focuses on reducing latency, improving error handling, and ensuring scalability under peak traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor the PulseStream microservice using NodeJS and Express to achieve sub‑100 ms response times.
• Implement server‑side caching with Redis and optimize PostgreSQL queries for high‑throughput workloads.
• Upgrade the React front‑end to use Suspense and Concurrent Mode, eliminating UI jank.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions with automated load‑testing scripts.
• Monitor performance metrics via Grafana and create alerting rules for SLA breaches.
• Document code changes and create migration guides for the ops team.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React, NodeJS, and JavaScript ES6+.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Familiarity with performance profiling tools (e.g., Lighthouse, New Relic).
• Ability to write clean, testable code and unit tests with Jest.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL.
• Background in building real‑time streaming applications.
