The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and enhancing a variety of images using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, to meet the needs of our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities

• Editing and enhancing images using Adobe Photoshop to ensure high-quality visual outputs that meet client expectations.
• Collaborating with the design and creative teams to develop visually stunning imagery that aligns with brand and client brand visual identities.
• Applying technical skills and artistic eye to produce images that exceed client expectations and contribute to the success of our design and advertising campaigns.
• Working closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects and meeting deadlines.
• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, their visual identities, and their design requirements.
• Utilizing color correction, retouching, and manipulation techniques to enhance and transform images.
• Creating and editing images for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
• Ensuring all visual elements are consistent with our brand and client brands' visual identities and design guidelines.
• Maintaining organized folders and files, ensuring easy access to images and projects.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and software developments in image editing and design.
• Providing training and support to junior team members when required.
• Contributing to the development of our design and visual style, ensuring it aligns with industry trends and best practices.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Image Editing Expert, preferably in a design or advertising agency environment.
• Highly developed skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for quality and consistency.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret design briefs and client requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Certification in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
