Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes to support business intelligence and analytics
• Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to drive data-driven decision-making
• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to analyze and forecast business trends
• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Design and implement data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain documentation of data systems, data processes, and data analytics methodologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in data analysis and business intelligence
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools
• Participate in project planning, project management, and project delivery to ensure successful project outcomes
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data architectures, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Develop and maintain data security and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity
• Maintain a high level of customer service, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Experience with data modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics
• Strong understanding of data structures, data systems, and data processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and accuracy
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with data security and access controls, including data encryption and access management
