Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our target audience
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our mobile app
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
• Test and iterate on designs to ensure that they meet our high standards
• Develop and maintain design documentation and design systems
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on other designers' work
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
• Work closely with product managers to understand product requirements and develop design solutions
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's brand and design principles
• Collaborate with our QA team to identify and fix design-related issues
• Participate in agile development methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain design assets and design libraries
• Conduct competitor research and analyze industry trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile app design
• Strong portfolio that showcases your UX design skills and experience
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
• Experience with design systems and design documentation
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
• Strong understanding of mobile app development and the technical constraints of mobile devices
• Certification in UX design or a related field is a plus
