Node.js Developer Needed for Payment System Integration

About the role

BrightMart Solutions is expanding its e‑commerce platform and needs a Node.js developer to enhance API services and integrate third‑party tools. You will work closely with product and UI teams to deliver reliable back‑end functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express
• Write clean, modular JavaScript code and ensure code quality
• Collaborate on database schema design and data modeling
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot production issues
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with NodeJS and Express
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of REST API design principles
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha
