Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough online research on various topics and subjects to support the development of educational products
• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and relevant information to support content creation
• Verify and validate research findings to ensure accuracy and credibility
• Organize and catalog research findings using specialized software and tools
• Collaborate with content creators and educators to develop engaging and informative content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in various fields and subjects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts
• Support the development of educational resources, including textbooks, study guides, and online courses
• Assist in the creation of assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student knowledge and understanding
• Contribute to the development of educational games, simulations, and interactive activities
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for online educational platforms and tools
• Participate in quality assurance and testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of educational products
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide exceptional customer support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Library Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in online research, data entry, or a related field
