Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to enhance and retouch digital images, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that all images meet the required specifications and deadlines.
• Retouch portraits, enhance product images, and optimize images for web and print use.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement new image editing techniques and processes.
• Ensure that all images are optimized for web and print use, and meet the required file size and resolution specifications.
• Utilize color correction and color grading techniques to enhance the mood and atmosphere of images.
• Apply texture, patterns, and effects to images to create unique and visually appealing designs.
• Work with the design team to develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Utilize masking and selection tools to isolate and manipulate specific elements within an image.
• Apply advanced image editing techniques, such as frequency separation and dodge and burn, to enhance the quality and realism of images.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, and ensure that all images are thoroughly reviewed and proofread before delivery to the client.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in image editing, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our workflows.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement new workflows and processes, and identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, collaborate with the team, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo retouching and image editing, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, with expertise in layers, masking, and color correction.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with the design team and clients.
• Experience with other image editing software, such as Lightroom and Illustrator, is an asset.
• Familiarity with color management and color theory, with the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance the color and mood of images.
• Knowledge of image optimization techniques, with the ability to optimize images for web and print use.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
