Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing product images and videos.
  • Work with the content team to write compelling product descriptions and specifications.
  • Optimize product listings for search, using relevant keywords and categories.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and available for purchase.
  • Process orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve our product listing strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of product listings, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to emails, phone calls, and chats in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align our product listings with overall business objectives.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, product listing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
  • Proficiency in data entry, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with inventory management software and order processing systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
