Senior Blockchain Engineer – End-to-End API Design

About the role

TechFlow Inc is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. As a Blockchain Engineer you will lead the integration of tamper‑proof audit trails and cryptographic safeguards into the new "SecureLedger" module, ensuring data integrity across distributed services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Solidity smart contracts that record critical security events from cloud workloads.
• Integrate the SecureLedger module with AWS Lambda and Kubernetes, using Web3.js and ethers.js for on‑chain interactions.
• Conduct threat modeling and formal verification of contracts with MythX and Slither, delivering audit reports every two weeks.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions to automatically test, lint, and deploy contracts to a private Ethereum testnet.
• Collaborate with cloud security engineers to embed zero‑knowledge proofs for confidential data verification.
• Provide detailed documentation and run a knowledge‑transfer workshop for the DevOps team by project week 6.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in Solidity and smart contract development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for scripting and tooling.
• Experience securing cloud‑native applications on AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic primitives and zero‑knowledge proofs.
• Familiarity with automated security testing tools such as MythX, Slither, and Hardhat.

Nice to have

• Background in formal verification languages like K or Coq.
• Experience with layer‑2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum).
