Senior MLOps Engineer Needed for ML Pipeline Automation Upgrade

About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is preparing the launch of its flagship app store offering, and needs a Senior MLOps Engineer to bridge mobile and backend services. You will ensure model pipelines, monitoring, and deployment workflows align perfectly with the mobile release schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for model artifacts targeting iOS and Android back‑ends.
• Containerize inference services using Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes clusters in AWS.
• Integrate MLflow tracking with the mobile telemetry stack to capture real‑time performance metrics.
• Automate model version roll‑outs and roll‑backs synchronized with app store release milestones.
• Set up Prometheus/Grafana dashboards to monitor latency, resource usage, and error rates across mobile endpoints.
• Collaborate with mobile devs to embed A/B testing hooks for model updates.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Proficiency in Python for pipeline scripting and automation.
• Strong background in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins) for ML workflows.
• Knowledge of model serving frameworks (TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe).
• Ability to implement monitoring and alerting for production ML systems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mobile‑specific ML optimizations (Core ML, TensorFlow Lite).
• Experience with feature store solutions such as Feast.
