About the role

Silverline Labs is extending a multi‑tenant feature set for its B2B product. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design, implement, and fine‑tune data models that support isolated tenant data while maintaining performance at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Architect multi‑tenant schemas and sharding strategies for MongoDB clusters
• Implement data access layers in Node.js ensuring tenant isolation
• Optimize queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines for high‑throughput workloads
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate MongoDB changes into existing services
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on best practices for data security and consistency

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on MongoDB design and performance tuning
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript ecosystem
• Experience building multi‑tenant SaaS architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for database changes

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for database containerization
• Experience with Atlas or other managed MongoDB services
