About the role

BrightMart Solutions is preparing a new app store launch and needs a MongoDB Specialist to align mobile and backend data flows. You will ensure the database layer supports rapid feature rollout and seamless user experience across iOS and Android clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas for high‑read/write mobile patterns
• Implement data validation and indexing strategies for fast query performance
• Collaborate with mobile engineers to define API contracts and data contracts
• Set up monitoring, backup, and recovery processes for production stability
• Conduct performance testing and fine‑tune queries ahead of the store release

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with MongoDB clustering, sharding, and aggregation pipelines
• Strong JavaScript/NodeJS background for server‑side logic
• Experience integrating MongoDB with mobile backends (REST/GraphQL)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot latency and scaling issues

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
• Knowledge of cloud‑hosted MongoDB services (Atlas, AWS DocumentDB)
