Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in virtual support, administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and support skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
  • Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks
