Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer data accurately and efficiently, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Utilize software applications to process and manage customer data, while ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide training and support to new employees, while ensuring that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality control activities, while ensuring that all data is accurate and of high quality.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services, while providing information and support to customers as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, while applying this knowledge to improve data processing and customer service activities.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues, while ensuring that all problems are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, while a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service, while experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, while ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software, while experience with CRM software is an asset.
