Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, customer service, and calendar management
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including scanning, copying, and filing documents
  • Assist with special projects and events, including conferences, meetings, and workshops
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge and expertise to improve administrative processes and procedures
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in business administration or related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a consulting or business environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry and database management, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
