About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need an Android Developer to craft a seamless client experience while bridging these back‑end services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Kotlin‑based modules that consume RESTful billing and CRM endpoints.
• Build a robust data synchronization layer to keep local caches in sync with internal APIs.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and error‑handling strategies.
• Write unit and UI tests to ensure reliability across diverse device configurations.
• Document integration patterns for future mobile teams.

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android.
• Experience with Retrofit/OkHttp and handling OAuth or token‑based authentication.
• Solid understanding of Android architecture components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room).
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Android (Fastlane, Bitrise).
• Exposure to billing platforms or CRM systems like Stripe or Salesforce.
