Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and MongoDB
• Collaborate with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets our company's coding standards
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, using debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix problems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in web technology, attending conferences, meetups, and online courses to expand your skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the development of our company's technical strategy, providing input and ideas on new technologies and methodologies
• Work with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
• Collaborate with our project managers to plan and deliver projects, using agile methodologies and project management tools
• Write technical documentation and guides to help our team members understand our codebase and technologies
• Participate in testing and quality assurance, using testing frameworks and tools to ensure our applications meet our quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full stack web development, using technologies such as React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and MongoDB
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation, events, and asynchronous programming
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, including state management, props, and component lifecycle methods
• Knowledge of back-end frameworks such as NodeJS, including Express, KOA, and HAPI
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, including data modeling, schema design, and query optimization
• Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTTP, TCP/IP, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, and Mocha
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality code and applications
